This Privacy Policy explains how VelanTechs LLC ("VelanTechs," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with this website and the mobile applications we publish. We are a Wyoming-registered software company, and we build our products to be private by design.
VelanTechs LLC is the data controller for this website. For our mobile applications, VelanTechs is the developer and publisher. You can reach us at any time at privacy@velantechs.com.
This website. Our website is a simple informational site. We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information to browse it. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include in that message (such as your email address and its contents) so we can respond.
Our applications. Several of our apps support focus, mental health, accessibility, and everyday productivity, and may let you record personal notes or routines. Where an app collects such information, we design it to stay on your device wherever practical, and we do not sell it. The specific data practices for each application — including any data it stores, processes, or transmits — are disclosed on that app's App Store product page and, where applicable, within the app itself.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except: (a) with service providers who process information on our behalf under confidentiality obligations; (b) when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security; or (c) with your direction or consent.
Some of our applications relate to mental health and neurodivergence. We treat any information you enter into those applications as sensitive. We minimize what is collected, keep it on your device where possible, and never use it for advertising.
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through it. Any application intended for younger users will comply with applicable children's-privacy laws and will disclose its practices on its App Store product page.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email privacy@velantechs.com. For information stored locally on your device by one of our apps, you can delete it by removing the data within the app or uninstalling the app.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and post the updated version on this page.
